Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mails from one electronic mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the email mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
